The starting position

  • Client: digital start-up with < 250 employees without established recruiting structures or installed recruiting teams
  • Original assignment: Assumption of recruiting activities within the scope of the Rent-a-Recruiter Service
  • Additional order: the installation of a tool for human resources management. Such expertise is not always in the hands of recruiters, but it just so happens that Nele Wiegmann, former Senior Sourcing Manager and Tools & Automation expert, and another experienced project manager were already part of the team. Against the background of previous project activities with other customers, the team was able to draw on experience with various tools and approached the special project in a practiced and methodical manner.

  • Research and evaluation of different tools on the basis of our internal requirements catalog extended by customer requirements
  • Close coordination with the responsible data protection officer of the customer, who was informed about every development in the process as well as integrated into every decision
  • Holistic implementation of the software by our consultants

  • Modifications to the applicant management system by the manufacturer itself based on the suggestions of our team
