With the establishment of our location in Palma de Mallorca in 2023, we have expanded our service landscape to include the Shared Service Center and offer centrally controlled support for day-to-day recruiting. The colleagues in the Shared Service Center, who are all German native speakers and trained by our internal academy, serve both as support for our own consultants in the project and can be called upon by our customers as individual services. Appointment coordination, application management, job posting and more can be offered at local hourly rates with the usual HRRS quality. And among our employees, the new location in the south with its roof terrace and sea view is also very popular when it come to workation.
