Status Quo Analysis
We identify your optimization potential
The basis for successful optimization of internal recruiting is a well-founded analysis of the current situation. With our “Status Quo Analysis (SQA)”, we offer an initial analysis of the optimization potential of your recruiting processes. The SQA comprises up to five interviews with key stakeholders, a check of your key performance indicators, the team structure and your budget allocation.
The SQA typically takes 3-4 consultant days and costs €3,500 net.
