Hiring Managers ultimately decide on the hiring of candidates.
In most cases, it is the head of the department, team leader or a manager of the department in which the position is to be filled. Hiring managers are involved in the recruitment process, particularly with regard to technical aspects. Accordingly, they are in close contact with the recruiters: before the vacancy is advertised, there is a briefing so that the recruiters have all the information about the vacant position. The Hiring Managers also conduct the professional selection interview with the candidates and decide in consultation with the Recruiters who will get the job.
